Dropbox is File Back Up and Cross Platform Sharing, without the hassles

Recently I came across a post about the new file backup service, Dropbox. After a little digging, I got myself an invite to the private beta, and got it set up.
Set up was truly a breeze. This is one of those programs that just seem to work. I have it installed on my Mac [...]

New Windows Marketing Campaign

So today I accidentally stumbled across the new Windows marketing campaign. If you haven’t seen it, check out “The Mojave Experiment”. The gist of the campaign is that Microsoft disguised Windows Vista and told random people that it was the new Windows OS, code named Mojave. After a brief demo and rave reviews, they revealed [...]

WordPress for iPhone and iPod Touch

First I was ecstatic! Then.. I was disappointed. The good, WordPress finally released their app for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The bad, The After Mac still runs on a version that’s not supported by the app. Bummer…
It looks to be like a good app though. If you’re a WordPress blogger with an iPhone of [...]

iPod Touched Fixed

I wrote about my iPod Touch woes the other day. I finally got my iPod back the other day. Hooray!
I’m really happy about the customer service that Apple provides. It’s also in part through the great Apple Reseller here in Manila, DigitalHub. They processed my iPods repair. My iPod was diagnosed, sent to Apple, replaced [...]

Will Apple Be Ok With Out Steve Jobs?

This blog entry from Seeking Alpha seems to think so. I for one am still on the fence. However the post makes a lot of sense.

iPod Touch Woes

Well my barely 1 month old iPod Touch is broken. At first I thought it was just software or something as trivial as that. My iPod didn’t want to connect to my WiFi network. It would connect then drop the connection at first until it just stopped working.
At first I thought it was just [...]

[from Daring Fireball via Mac Rumors]
Apple may have neglected to mention a special and useful feature of its Remote App. The Remote App is a free download from the iTunes App store that allows you to control your iTunes Library from your iPhone or iPod Touch (version 2.0). You can also use this with your [...]

If you’re a fan of Mac Heist and MacUpdate Bundle there’s a new guy in town. The name’s Mac Mix.
What sets Mac Mix apart from the other two is that you can actually choose the apps in your bundle. They have a list of apps for you to choose from then you mix it up [...]

A HUGE Arrival

Last Thursday, my wife and I had our third baby girl. And while most of you are probably thinking, “Wow, that is the cutest baby girl ever!” you are probably more interested with Apple’s Huge arrival from last week Friday. The iPhone 3G has finally arrived. And like any other long expected delivery, it was [...]

Several Days and 1 Million iPhone 3Gs Later

MarketWatch reports that Apple has sold 1 million of its latest version of the iPhone. It took Apple 74 days to sell 1 million units of the previous iPhone. Granted the first version was only available in the United States. The 3G version was simultaneously launched in 21 countries last July 11.
Still this is [...]
