Speaking of Sleeves

by Juan on April 23rd, 2008

A friend showed me WaterField tonight. It’s a bag maker based in San Francisco. They look like great bags but what I liked most was the sleeves.

Their laptop sleeves are made of high-grade neoprene and ballistic nylon. Like other sleeves it can stand alone or inserted in a bag.

The great thing about WaterField is that you can actually build your own sleeve and customize it to your liking. You can select an orientation, add a flap, shoulder strap and a piggyback (whatever that is).

The downside, a little pricey though. But then again, quality comes with a price.

I have a bunch of their stuff and it’s top-notch. Every new laptop I buy, gets a WF sleeve.
