Must Have: Notebook Sleeves
Having been a laptop user for the past 4 years, I’ve realized that a definite must have is a notebook sleeve. Trust me, it’s important. Not only does it offer added protection for your precious MacBook/MacBook Pro but it’s really practical.
Let’s say you’re in the office and it’s a fairly large office. You need to go to the other side for a meeting. You don’t want to bring your laptop bag around because it’s heavy. The sleeve is perfect for use when moving around the office or short trips when you don’t want to bring your entire bag. It offers better protection than just bringing it bare.
With a sleeve you’re also flexible enough to use bags that aren’t necessarily laptop bags because the sleeve already offers padding. If you do use a laptop bag it doubles the protection.
Having moved from a 15″ Powerbook to a 17″ MacBook Pro, I’m still looking for a good sleeve for it. I haven’t gotten one yet since somehow my money keeps disappearing. But it’s really time to get one again.

These are my 3 picks so far. Problem is, I’m not sure all of them are available locally (Philippines). I do know that Crumpler is available in Manila through the Crumpler stores and the Digital Walker stores. I’m just not sure about the other two.
So far I’m liking the InCase Canvass Sleeve because it’s not your typical looking sleeve.
